Loryma Farm’s Nature & Culture program is an experience that we have created to provide guests with an element of this enriching concept.

Step 1: Collection of produce from the garden under the supervision of a gardener.
Step 2: Preparation of cold sandwiches with the collected produce plus brewing of Turkish tea with the help of hotel staff.
Step 3: Introductory Turkish language and Turkish tea culture course. Guests take part in this interactive discussion while enjoying their freshly prepared sandwiches with tea. Organic produce from Loryma Farm may also be enjoyed at the hotel buffet during dinner time.

Most of the vegetables used in our restaurants are from our natural garden. Our bakery houses mostly homemade products. All produce used at our eateries is fresh, and canned food is avoided where possible. Local suppliers and products are given preference over long-distance options. There are no pre-packed breakfast materials at our buffet.

Our colorful Turkish dishes are a great example of the healthy Mediterranean diet that is signature to our property. Fresh vegetables, local herbs and homemade olive oil are among the staples guests can enjoy within our classic Turkish dishes. Bay leaves, rosemary, sage and oregano are some of the fantastic herbs you can enjoy in these foods. Savory ingredients are not the only sort that are sourced from local establishments. Guests can also enjoy delicious sweet pine honey from the beehives of Bozburun Peninsula. The latter is known as the best location for pine honey in Turkey, and provides about 85% of the entire national production.
