MP HOTELS’ COMMITMENT TO YOU DURING (COVID-19)

 

The safety and security of our guests and team members remain our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve.

We will continue to update this page with the latest information regarding booking flexibility.

Below is an update on what MP Hotels is doing while keeping health and safety as a priority.

FLEXIBLE TRAVEL POLICY

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been adapting our policies regarding reservations. Our already flexible cancellation until April 30th, 2020 and change of date policy remains and we will work with our partners to ameliorate the situation if necessary.

  • - All Existing Reservations, including early bookings and non-refundable bookings that are scheduled to arrive on or before April 30th, 2020 can be postponed to a later date or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

  • - All New Reservations, including early bookings and non-refundable deals that are booked anytime between today and April 30th, 2020 for any future arrival can be postponed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

BOOKINGS VIA A THIRD-PARTY

For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly – we have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.

OUR HOTELS HEALTH AND HYGIENE

Right from the start, MP-Hotels took all preventive measures necessary to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. Some of our hotels will resume operations by July 1st. Please visit the respective hotel page to confirm whether the hotel is open before July 1st. We will closely monitor and control the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities on COVID-19. We also strictly and strictly follow government recommendations and instructions. Wherever we can, we do everything we can to further improve these security measures.

During these uncertain times, we at MP Hotels are doing what we can to stop the spread of COVID-19, and this means complying with all the necessary rules to contain this global pandemic. Humanity requires that we all do our part in ensuring that this pandemic passes with the least damage as possible. At MP Hotels, we would like to thank all healthcare workers and governments who are on the frontline fighting to placate this pandemic. Our hearts and thoughts also go to all those who have been affected by this global quagmire. However, we would like to emphasize that humanity as a collective will prevail. Our ingenuity has gotten us through worse, and COVID-19 will be but another of our won battles in the near future. We are aware that travel is not a priority for most in this reality, but we want to assure you that your safety and that of our employees is our main concern.
